We've transformed the entrance to this home and modernised it from the inside out!
Set in a quiet, leafy Mt Albert street, this renovation project involves the existing northern sunroom is being replaced with a larger entry area that doubles as a space for sitting, chatting, and soaking up the sun. Large timber bi-fold screens sit on a black metal track and can be positioned to open or close the room depending on the need of the occupants, with built in bench seating, storage, and an indoor planter box also incorporated. Internally the house is being modernised with an open plan kitchen and living area, a shuffling around of bedrooms to create a more usable master with ensuite and walk in wardrobe, and new bi-fold doors leading out to a rear terraced timber deck and landscaped back yard.
