Originally occupied by a small brick and tile home, we've utilised this generous 1103m2 site zoned Mixed Housing Suburban in Otahuhu by designing and consenting 6 new homes to take its place. These homes are made up of three types of duplexes between 120-130m2 total floor area, varying in design to suit the shape of the site but all complete with 3 bedrooms and a garage.
