We’re currently working with Housing New Zealand on a twelve unit development site, and as part of the process have been able to reimagine the duplex typology with our aesthetics. This project involves combining three neighbouring sites, each with only one existing dwelling, to make way for the proposed development.

This section had two dwellings on one title, so we underwent a subdivision to pop these houses on their own title. We also designed and consented the renovation of both houses, re-imagining the interior layout while staying within the footprints of the house.

Meet Mandeep
