Stage 02

With Resource Consent approved, it's time to get build ready.

Previous Step — Stage 01Next Step — Stage 03

With an RC in your pocket you’ll rightly be feeling a little bit smug, but the job’s only halfway done to being build-ready.

This next stage sees us help you through a number of keys steps including getting an approved Engineering Plan Approval (EPA), assembling the documentation for building consent before lodging and supervising until approved, as well as ticking off any other items required such as a Works over Approval or Vehicle Crossing application.

If you’re including a subdivision as part of your development, now is also the time to be getting your project timeline in place, your site and service contractors lined up, and everything ready to go on site once the consents are out. You’ll finish this stage prepped for the build with a set of construction-ready drawings, the confidence knowing what lies ahead with the subdivision, and the enthusiasm to get it underway.

  • Building Consent - final Council approval so you can start building
  • Construction Drawings - documentation is ready for site
