We employ a simple three stage process to help you become a developer and unlock the maximum value from your land. Stage 01: this involves investigating options, coming up with a design, and obtaining a Resource Consent. Stage 02: we complete the final consents and applications needed to get you build ready. The first stage of your development journey involves three key steps; Feasibility investigation, Concept Design, and Resource Consent. Once we've investigated your options, helped you understand the numbers, and worked through our design process, we'll follow our tried and tested strategy to deliver you the coveted Resource Consent approval.
With an approved Resource Consent in your pocket, you’ll rightly be feeling a little bit smug, but the job’s only halfway done to being build-ready. This next stage sees us help you through a number of keys steps including Engineering Plan Approval (EPA), and Building Consent. You’ll finish this stage with a set of Construction-ready drawings and an appetite to start building.
With your bundle of consents approved it’s time to get a contractor signed up for the job so you can start building. Whether you’re tendering or have a builder in mind, having an expert team on your side who understands the build process can save you more than a few grey hairs and help ensure your project is delivered on time and on budget. We take the pain out of the process right through to the completion of the build.
